The Pinion E-Drive System combines a powerful electric motor, proven gearbox technology and electronic gear shifting to form a perfectly coordinated package. The benefits: low maintenance, no significant wear and efficient shifting performance. For optimum weight distribution, the motor gear unit sits well protected directly above the bottom bracket. The rear wheel remains lightweight and stable without a cassette and rear derailleur; the suspension moves more freely.
